"The hotel had all the amenities you might need and parking is a bonus. It was also close to the student area which was great as walking distance from my sons . The reception staff were efficient but not especially friendly. The disappointment was the breakfast. We walked into a dark room without set tables there was some ham and cheese on a plate as well as a few other bits and a loaf of mouldy white bread. Every person that walked into the room had a look of disappointment. It wouldn’t take much to improve this experience. The hotel would be better not to offer breakfast at all as it really did disappoint."

"We have have left a day early due to the single beds giving us back ache if they had of been bigger single beds of even better king sized beds we would have stayed the extra night and day. The staff are extremely friendly and and helpful. If I was to go back I would book through the hotel for a better deal and a view "

"Check in was simple and we left our luggage pre-stay whilst meeting a friend travelling on a later train. Room was clean and stocked with amenities in bathroom and fresh milk and bottled water in fridge. Overnight the room was quite warm even with heat on low. Windows opened but then a little noisy due to proximity of theatre and train station (both handy for us as we were on a theatre trip). Breakfast was pleasant and tasty. Checkout as easy as check-in. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout the stay. "
