"The location sits beside the river Ouse. Beautiful location. Restaurants, shops, mall, all nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping was immaculate and checked in with me daily to see if I needed anything. The restaurant was fabulous, outside seating and reasonably priced. I made this home for two weeks while I visited from Seattle. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed and I will definitely return here when I come back again. Highly recommended!"

My room was perfect with a perfect view. My first stay in June was for 6 nights and this stay in August was for 6 nights. 3 sour points....refused a drink at 10pm despite advertising as open till 11...disturbed at 2pm,drunken guests trying doors as obviously couldnt find their room...bathroom had occasional stench,possible drainage problem....."
