"Room was good. Not big for 4 people but we didn’t expect much different in London. Air conditioning was pretty ineffective though so the room was super hot. Breakfast was extremely busy, staff worked very hard to keep replacing food and the choices were good. Bar staff very friendly. "

"The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and nice at check in. Something to be aware of - the noise from the street was quite loud during the night. However I travel with earplugs and was expecting that in a hotel so central in London, so it didn’t cause me any major issues. The heater also wasn’t very warm but the room wasn’t super cold without it. The location is great, a very short walk to King’s Cross, and about a half hours walk into Soho/the west end if you’re in town for theatre!"

"Centrally located and a safe, clean, and comfortable space to come back to after busy days exploring London. The lobby is quite busy with folks working and enjoying the space, but never found it hard to grab a seat and a coffee before heading out for the day. Would stay here again. "

"Overall great experience at Strand Palace. Fabulous location in Covent Garden with access to restaurants, stores, theatre and three different Underground stations each within 1/4. Lovely, clean and updated rooms and lobby. Staff very helpful. Breakfast great and plentiful. I would stay again there for sure. "
