Renovated condo at Avalon Clearwater

One bedroom/one bath renovated condo with a full kitchen, bathroom, walking closet, and living area. This gated community is located 5 minutes away from Clearwater beach and 11 km from Indian rocks beach. The bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen tv. There is a living area with a flat screen tv and a queen sleeper. Wi-fi included inside the condo. 2 beach chairs and one umbrella are also available.
The Avalon complex had a large heated pool with a barbecue area, and a fitness center. Publix supermarket right across the street.

The condo was clean and perfect for our needs. It was cozy and had everything we needed. Located in a great location. The listing stated hot tub but there was not one on site-it is a fountain:) The pool is very nice! Would recommend and love to stay again!

The property was as she described it. Bed was very comfy and al the furniture was to. Loved sitting outside in balcony. Pool was great. The only thing i woukd suggest is getting better rugs for bathroom that dont slide as much. And in your description change the publix is across the street its torn down yhere is another one not farFrom unit. Other then that condo was great and so was our vacation. Thank you

We have stayed at Avalon before - this unit was very clean, provided all the essentials and host was very easy To work with and provided clear information. I would definitely stay here again. Location provides great access to everything in Clearwater and around Tampa/ St Pete.

Nice, secure and quiet

We had a good stay at Alina apt. It is very quiet, about 15 min drive to the beaches. Stores are close by. The pool is a bit small for the number of people in the area.

Property was just as pictures showed. Very clean and comfortable. Ice cube dispenser on frig was a plus. Could use a couple medium size sauce pans, other than that everything you need is there. Close to Clearwater beach. Would stay here again. Owner is very responsive and pleasure to deal with.
