Renovated condo at Avalon Clearwater

One bedroom/one bath renovated condo with a full kitchen, bathroom, walking closet, and living area. This gated community is located 5 minutes away from Clearwater beach and 11 km from Indian rocks beach. The bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen tv. There is a living area with a flat screen tv and a queen sleeper. Wi-fi included inside the condo. 2 beach chairs and one umbrella are also available.
The Avalon complex had a large heated pool with a barbecue area, and a fitness center. Shopping centers, like Publix supermarket, are within walking distance…

Nice, secure and quiet

We had a good stay at Alina apt. It is very quiet, about 15 min drive to the beaches. Stores are close by. The pool is a bit small for the number of people in the area.

We had a great stay! This isn't the first time we've stayed at Avalon however it was the first time with Alina! She is very responsive and easy to deal with! She provided great details on the property and we didn't have any issues. We brought one thing to her attention and she responded right away to correct it. We would definitely stay again!

Clearwater Condo

The condo was clean and perfect for our needs. It was cozy and had everything we needed. Located in a great location. The listing stated hot tub but there was not one on site-it is a fountain:) The pool is very nice! Would recommend and love to stay again!

Great Condo in Clearwater

Checkin process was easy, the condo has everything you could ever need while on vacation, including beach chairs. Condo was extremely clean and our kids loved the pool.

Great property and location!

We have stayed at Avalon before - this unit was very clean, provided all the essentials and host was very easy To work with and provided clear information. I would definitely stay here again. Location provides great access to everything in Clearwater and around Tampa/ St Pete.

Awesome place!

It was so easy to check in. We got there and we were very pleased with the cleanliness. Also very cute and cozy. The property manager was very good with communication! Would definitely recommend!

Review of condo

The property was as she described it. Bed was very comfy and al the furniture was to. Loved sitting outside in balcony. Pool was great. The only thing i woukd suggest is getting better rugs for bathroom that dont slide as much. And in your description change the publix is across the street its torn down yhere is another one not farFrom unit. Other then that condo was great and so was our vacation. Thank you

The pictures of the condo were as advertised. Very clean. Good location for our needs. Liked that it was a gated complex. Close to a lot of various things. The pool was crowded. I would rent this property again.

Annual family vacation

We love staying at any one of Alina's units. Once again extremely pleased with the unit. Included everything you would need for your stay; towels, bedding, kitchen necessities, wifi, etc. Check in information was provided well in advance and was very simple to follow. Disappointed we had to cut our trip a bit short due to news of Hurricane Ian; however, if we had stayed, Alina informed us that the unit was equipped and very safe to stay at if needed. Would definitely return!

Muito bom

No geral tudo foi muito bom, o unico incomodo é que o prédio tem construção fora dos padrões do Brasil e o assoalho é de madeira, dessa forma qualquer barulho no andar de cima ressoa no de baixo, infelizmente tinha uma criança no andar de cima durante uns dias que parecia jogar bola no andar de cima.
