"The apartment was not properly cleaned at the arrival and therefore i was offered an one day cleaning package, but the cleaning never found place. Furthermore is not specified that the building has no elevator, and carrying heavy luggage to the 2nd floor was uncomfortable. The surroundings are not ofering a safe environment, as the building on the other side of the road was hosting a facility/restaurant for drug addicted persons. "

"We arrived around 22.00 to the ”hotel” . This is not a hotel but a studio kinda apartment . Also there s no staff , its a self check in . But the mail with the code to the entry door and the code to the box with the key was not sent , so we had to get internet at a close by mcdonalds and also borrow a phone from a stranger to be able to call the service nr , after 10-15 min the mail with the codes was sent , but they forgot to mention the room nr , so we had to guess and try the card key in...

"Sehr schönes Appartement mit nettem Balkon und sehr guter Innenausstattung. Die Treppe zum Bett im "ersten Stock" war gewöhnungsbedürftig und im Halbschlaf nur seeehr vorsichtig nutzbar. Schwierig für ältere Menschen z. B. mit Knieproblemen, mit echten Bewegungseinschränkungen vermutlich gar nicht möglich. "

"Es war soweit alles in Ordnung. Die Anreisebeschreibung perfekt, wir haben alles sofort gefunden. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich und für uns vorbereitet. Sie könnte an der einen oder anderen Stelle eine Modernisierung gebrauchen (Bad). Der Preis ist auch etwas großzügig bemessen für eine 1-Raum-Wohnung mit Bad. Sonst passte alles.
