"The location was great and staff were helpful (minimal staffing, though). The phone system bot is infuriating, so it's nearly impossible to reach a human. It feels like you're a bit on your own there, so if you're a high need person, I'd choose somewhere else. The cost was lower, which was nice, though. The room felt a bit like a run down cruise ship room, but it was clean. Big city noise was to be expected. I could hear people in other rooms and someone around me would not stop pushing their snooze button, so that was a little annoying."

"Staff was nice; hotel was clean. Elevators were broken down and slow. Service was crazy slow in restaurant and bar. "

"Excellent location to walk to many broadway shows. Good variety of items for breakfast. Good security for elevator and front entrance. Felt safe here. Great stay!"

"I didn’t mind the room I got but it wasn’t the one I reserved. There wasn’t a tv or microwave but we weren’t in the room long so that’s okay. There were 3 females so more mirrors would have been nice but it was a great stay. Staff was so friendly."

"they were able to resolve the issue, but when we arrived, the smoke detector was disabled and there was a very loud noise coming from the vent. we were early and told that we would be notified when the room was ready. we were not given a room till after 4pm. I was told that the room I had been booked for, had an elite member and they had a late checkout, so we would be given a different room. overall it was a very nice stay, beds were very comfortable as were the pillows, staff was very nice."
