"They never said they don’t had any service for cleaning rooms when we checked in. The room was not as clean as I expected toothpaste stains near sink and bathroom not detailed cleaned. Beds horrible. We booked a room of four people and were only given three towels. Then only give three more cause they had no more due to staffing issues. "

"Expedia should be ashamed advertising this place on their site. It’s equivalent to the dirty little motels on the side of the road except this place costs way more. This is not an acceptable place for any level headed adult to choose to be and especially not families with children. It’s filthy, smells like dirty mop water, has random vagrants from off the street just walking in and out and hanging in the lobby. The rooms are insanely small and dirty. Walls are paper thin and hot can hear exiting without even trying to. Looks like they clean the bare minimum. I didn’t even put my things down or stay more than 5 min before I decided to leave. I booked another hotel elsewhere because I absolutely could not stay there. This is the type of place folks rent for a few hours while on a road trip or a desperation stay if the homeless shelter is full or closed but certainly not a place you intentionally want to be in"

"We stayed here for six nights and had a mixed experience. Pros: The hotel appears newer and well-kept. Free parking and complimentary breakfast were great perks. The location is very convenient—set in a plaza with plenty of walkable food and retail options. The room was also a decent size. Cons: Our arrival was disappointing—we found that someone had wiped their nose on the wall. It was addressed after we reported it, but should have been caught beforehand. Housekeeping was another issue. On day three, we were told service is only provided upon request, which was surprising. We requested it twice, but it only happened once and was limited to trash and towel replacement. The walls are thin, so noise carries easily. We heard frequent door slamming and people walking around, especially late at night. The parking lot also had a lot of trucks and buses, which occasionally blocked cars overnight. Overall: Despite the drawbacks, the location and value would make us consider staying here again, though improvements in cleanliness and service are needed."
