C'è sempre qualcuna che attende il rientro degli ospiti per aprire il cancello d ingresso, quindi notevole disponibilità. Le camere singole sono molto pulite, di giusta dimensione,idem il bagno in camera. Riscaldamento con climatizzatore e scaldasalviette in bagno. Si trovano al 3o piano con ascensore.
