Should’ve been refunded full cost of holiday due to health & safety and fire safety. The owner has nothing to do with the property gets an elderly man to deal with any issues. Bins were locked so could not be emptied until the bloke came out about the alarms and said he had a key to unlock them! Worst holiday ever!"

"Bellflower Cottage was perfect for a NYE weekend getaway - very warm (we had to turn the heating down!), clean, well equipped (although we had to ask for loo roll and dishwasher tabs), beautifully decorated and so peaceful.
