Great hotel. Very popular with families. Bed was comfortable enough. House keeping of room was thorough. Breakfast was well run. Easy stroll into the heart of Peebles town. Amazing views across the hills. Very kind staff.

We arrived at 1 as we planned with the staff. We were given a room at 4:30 at the top of 6 flights of stairs with a telephone that didn’t work to call the desk.
