The property itself is unique & has retained its old world charm in the furniture & decor. The staff & the service was amazing. The food was excellent & nothing was too much trouble. “If you don’t ask you don’t get” - my daughter asked for Nutella - it was available the next morning!!! The inclusive dinner was super. There is room for improvement & it won’t be everyone’s cup of tea….. Beds were extremely comfortable, rooms are dated but clean except for a bit of high dusting required. Bathrooms well appointed & plenty of hot water! Lovely Loch Ryan view. Leisure facilities were all working & clean but dated. All in all a lovely stay for our 3 generations holidaying together & good value for money! Would go back!

My son loved the pool and the room was very clean! Drinks in bar was good! Reception staff and all staff we came into contact with were very nice. Only thing would say games room could do with a little upgrading! We enjoyed our stay

Loved our stay at North West Castle. Room was Beautiful.food excellent.and the staff were so friendly and couldnt be more helpfull.We will def Be back and bringing our dog! Great weekend!

Arrived very late but staff were very good. Bedroom and bathroom very clean and very big and comfrtable. Breakdast was superb...highly recommended.

Lovely hotel warm and comfortable. Great breakfast which set me up for a long drive down to london. I would highly recommend.

Our stay was at short notice due to ferry cancellation. All staff very helpful and pleasant. Our room was dated but very clean, warm and comfortable.. Shower over bath worked well

I stayed at this hotel for one night to catch a ferry the following morning. I was given a room in one of the bungalow's out the back of the hotel. The room wasn't easy to find as there is no signage on the bungalow to say it is part of the hotel or what number rooms are inside, I was afraid i was walking into someone else's house. The room was a good size but very dated.. The wooden sash windows rattled all night in the wind. The fire alarm went off at about 3am. I could ave done with a good nights sleep as i had a long drive ahead of me the next day but unfortunately not on this occasion
