Good location

Staff very helpful, great location and comfy bed. Only area of improvement would be the en-suite, floor tiles cracked and unstable in places. Room still functional though.

Large well appointed clean en-suite room in a lovely period property. The bathroom is showing signs of ageing (cracked floor tiles, shower tiling could do with a little treatment and wooden loo seat probably needs replacing). Lovely style overall in a super location but just a little tired in places.

Good hotel

I chose the Townhouse for its proximity to the Theatre - just a few minutes' walk. The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful, and my room was comfortable. I didn't eat there but the menu looked great and the restaurant has a lovely ambience.

Great quick stay during the heatwave. I room was really very warm. Fan on hand however but needed another. I beautiful bar, restaurant abd room with bath. Great romantic stay in Stratford centre.

Great boutique hotel

Lovely boutique hotel in the centre of Stratford upon Avon. Our room, number 10 was on the second floor overlooking the Main Street. It was very spacious with a large bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The room had a small fridge which came in handy for cool drinks. The staff were friendly and happy to help. We had a great stay.

Great Hotel, Great Location

Just returned from a lovely stay at the Townhouse, room was spacious and comfortable, had a great nights sleep. Its location is central so easy to get around and everything in walking distance. Staff very friendly and attentive and great atmosphere in the bar and lounge area. There was a good choice of substantial breakfasts using quality local produce and although this isn’t included in the price it was competitive within the local area. We had a great few days here and would definitely return and recommend.

Place was cute but quite old. The flooring in the room was uneven and though there was an AC it was too hot for the summer. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Happy we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, no proper vegan options and but a lot good food nearby. Parking is quite difficult in this area, there is a lot but it’s laid and has a bunch of restrictions for timings. All the rooms are different in the hotel, but the bar downstairs is really cute.
