"Location is very conveniant! Their staff was absolutely kind and helpful! Their rooms can use soem deep cleaning but overall was clean. Only negative was thw fire alarm going off at 2am for about 20min on & off again. There was no fire. Also their parking structure was very small & costs $45/day. Aside from all I would stay here again."

"Spent a good amount of time while here waiting just for the elevator so etines 20-30min. With our room being separated from our family, and even after being asked at check-in and throughout the stay to change to be together, even after multiple rooms checking out on our floors, there was no accommodation. We were split between different elevators and over 10 floors! The electric plug and air conditioner were broken, and they waited to send a replacement AC until after 10pm. The rooms were closet size with rusty fixtures and dripping facets. I would definitely NOT book this hotel. The parking and "resort" fees are crazy, and the pool is laughable as only a bigger than a bathtub!"

"Loudest hotel ever! Should be named Do NOT Stay Hotel. Karaoke bar in lobby. Loud music until 2am. At 5am, the garbage trucks, and construction workers wake you up. Entire wall of the room has floor to ceiling windows facing very bright lights. You would think they would have blackout curtains covering them, but no, they chose white sheer curtains that let the light shine right through and are about 2 inches too short. Your room is illuminated all hours of the day and night. All windows of the entire hotel face this way so switching rooms wouldn’t have helped. I couldn’t park on-site because of limited parking. I had to walk 10 minutes away to park at another hotel for $45 per night. The front desk told me after the 1st night that I would be put on a parking waitlist and bumped to the front of it. Also said I would get a 50% discount on my per night parking fee. When I called to inquire about it the 2nd day, they told me there were still 2 people ahead of me. When I called the 3rd day, they had no recollection of me being on the waitlist, and told me parking was still sold out. Don’t get my hopes up if you don’t really intend to give me onsite parking. The hotel staff actually called me while I was out sightseeing to ask me to leave a “real-time” review. Thought they were calling to say parking opened up, but nope. I was woken by guests yelling obscenities to each other out on the balcony and threatening to kill each other. Didn’t feel safe. Only positive was it was clean. "

"Came 7 years ago, rooms & some parts of grounds dated & need renovations. Especially carpets, bathrooms, pool area. Most staff were pleasant but not as pleasant as they should be. Monika who cleaned our room was excellent & appreciative of our tip everyday. "
