"The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were fantastic! Always ready to help. They give you vouchers for towels which you can use at the pool or on the beach. The pool was clean and staff were on hand to help. They helped with questions we had about places we wanted to visit. The location is fantastic! Very central to places to eat, night life, karaoke bars, shops, supermarkets, the beach is literally 2 mins walk and the uber pick up point is right in front of the hotel. Huge selection of food options at breakfast and dinner. The seafood night menu was superb! There is live music by the pool in the evenings as well. Overall 5* definitely. Thank you Jupiter Algarve for a lovely stay."

"We had a family suite for 4 people which was very spacious and had a good size kitchen. Room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was always good and the location was perfect. It was a 2 min walk to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants near by with good food choices."

"My phenomenal first evening in Ferragudo. As I stood on the Panorama Bar terrace at Hotel Casabela, the view spans from the open Atlantic coast right up to the rolling peaks of the Serra de Monchique. The Atlantic breeze tangled in my hair, a cold drink in my hand, I fell in love with the Algarve. The Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms and environment was impeccably clean. The buffet break fast was delicious and in bounty. I wish they could have some tea and coffee in the rooms. Great proximity to the beach, restaurants and other towns. "Pas de surprise l'hébergement est comme indiqué sur les photos très propre hyper bien placé énorme terrasse juste quelques petites choses à améliorer au niveau des produits de base il n'y avait quasiment rien et des plats casserole pour cuisiner Je recommande et je reviendrai Svitlana tres accueillante et réactive en cas de besoin"

"The pool was beautiful; so refreshing. It was lovely not to have to rush to get a shaded sunbed for our granddaughter - there were always plenty of beds and umbrellas available around the pool. Unfortunately, to get from the reception area to our rooms we had to negotiate spiral staircase made of stone. Having to transport a pushchair and carry a baby up and down these stairs was very dangerous and unreasonable. We were very surprised that there was no lift available. We had the same issue when we went to the pool or beach - another spiral staircase and no lift. The quality of food was good and the prices were similar to those in the resort."
