"Breakfast is excellent, hard to beat. We got a top floor room with a nice view. Room was clean and I had no problems with noise. The hotel is conveniently located to the promenade and the beach. My stay was good, the only problem I had was with the billing. I got a $1400 charge in addition to the nightly rate that I was communicated. After a lot of back and forth and getting Expedia involved, I did eventually get the money back, but it wasn't the full amount (maybe because of the exchange rate...

"I would recommend to request the 5th floor. There is a mini golf course directly in front of the hotel and the noise level is high into the night. The advertised pool was out of order, but we got a coupon for a nearby indoor pool. Unfortunately very crowded. If you want piece and quiet, look somewhere else. "

"Very nice apartment with outdoor patio. Our unit was on the bottom floor. Location is outstanding. Nearby restaurants were amazing. Beach was beautiful. Highly recommend this location. Only downside is the bedroom. It's a loft which is very nice but low ceiling. Maybe 4 ft. The tight circular staircase could be difficult for seniors. I would suggest another unit."

"Our stay was nice, but not more than that. It was actually a bit disappointing for a five stars Hilton hotel. On the first shower we found out that it was clogged, the Shampoo bottle was empty and the shower gel was mixed with water. We called the reception and the staff responded quick so it was okay…but yet not such a great experience to start your stay. The water park is very nice but having only one hour free was also very (!!) disappointing, since there is no other alternative for pool there (with small child). I would expect from a five stars hotel that claims to have a pool to provide better terms for its guests. Breakfast was good but lacked some basic foods, dinner was very good. Location is super!!! "
