"When I have to visit at UAB Highland Orthopaedic, My husband and I always stay at your hotel. The atmosphere is always pleasant. The room is welcoming, and the bathroom are clean. We appreciate the stay and the comfort. Thank you, will see you next year!!!"

"The room was disgusting. Broken furniture, toilet was always clogged, shower doesn’t work, no phone in the room, and the staff was incredibly rude. Would only accept cash for anything additional that was requested such as towels or soap (which isn’t provided)"

"The proximity to our ultimate destination and price sold me on this choice. The condition of the room, lobby, 'breakfast', and the lack of communication between the cleaning crew lead me to my not wanting to return to this Days Inn. I understand the current corporate focus on profit over people. I just wish you always knew what to expect when staying at a Wyndham property. There is a lot more to say specifically but the overall problem, and therefore the solution, is not with a single hotel but rather the entire system. As they say, "Buyer beware.""
