"Great getaway! We loved our stay in Summerland. Place was clean, stocked with everything we could possibly need and the balcony was a huge plus. Cute cafe with a great breakfast and adorable coffee shop within walking distance, as well as a gorgeous beach. Quick trips to Santa Barbara and Solvang enhanced our stay. Nothing but raves."

"Great location and charming cottage. Host accurately and fairly describes location as immediately adjacent to interstate but noise was disturbing so take this into consideration if you are look for quiet or peace on front deck. We had an unusual heat wave and would have liked to have windows open ( no AC) but traffic noise was too loud so rooms got warm in the evening"

"Jennifer's Cottage Room in Summerland, CA was a cozy little refresher. Trees and vines make for an intimate green space (check out the pictures.) Jennifer's was my getaway from noise, cement and traffic in LA. Great for a single or a couple. Summerland, California is a nice little sea side town just minitues from Santa Barbara. There are a wide variety of activities in the area, sun and sand, surfing lessons, vineyard tours, horseback riding--something for everyone. Just go and enjoy yourself!"

"We had a wonderful stay! Everything we needed was there. It was very clean, aesthetically pleasing, enjoyed our private outdoor area as well as the community space. The owners were helpful and communicative to any questions we had as well as it was evident in their attention to detail that they take care xtra care of the property. Looking forward to coming back soon!"

"The property is quiet and peaceful, the beds comfy and the hosts generous and good communicators. The house is funky but clean and there are lots of places to sit and lounge. We wished for blinds without broken cords and a better can opener but we were grateful for the location, the hot tub and the patio view. If u are looking for elegant, keep looking, but if you are looking for character, this may be your place."

"This place was not only spotless but also very tastefully designed and had everything one needed to feel at home. The area was very quiet and the grounds were so zen like and appropriately designed. Communication was very good and I cannot think of one negative thing to say. I highly recommend staying here if looking for a place to relax and unwind!"
