We were there from Friday night to Monday morning. There is one parking spot available underground and for our groups other 2 cars, we were able to find free street parking without too much trouble (it’s a 3P zone during the week). "I found Q1 to be pretty ordinary. We arrived late and there was no hot water the following morning. When we raised this with reception they noted that they were aware there were issues. This was not mentioned at check in. It was however resolved that day. Overall though the property just feel tired. Would not consider this a premium location. "
