Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location
Ligger inte inne i Svaneke som vi uppfattat. Det ligger ca 3-4 km utanför, i en liten by som heter Aarsdale dĂ€r inte mycket fanns. Tack o lov fanns det en vĂ€ldigt bra restaurang som var öppen ett par hundra meter bort.LĂ€genheten i sig var fin, ljus, modern & trevligt inredd med det mesta du behöver. Det som var trĂ„kigt var att det var vĂ€ldigt dĂ„ligt stĂ€dat. Speciellt i sĂ€ngen, kuddar, madrasserna och madrassskydden. Mycket flĂ€ckar och massor av hĂ„r, skrĂ€p och damm/smuts.Även en del damm och smuts pĂ„ övriga stĂ€llen - inte kul, vi vill ha rent och frĂ€scht. Vi klagade sĂ„klart och fick skicka in bilder. De godtog vĂ„r reklamation och vi stĂ€dade inte efter oss som kompensation.JĂ€ttedĂ„lig information om lösenord till wifi, fick information om tre olika lösenord och inget fungerade.... De skulle Ă„terkomma men det gjorde de aldrig. Svarar inte pĂ„ mail nĂ€r man kontaktar dem via appen eller via sms.Ringde till slut deras emergency nummer- först dĂ€r svarar de. Dag tvĂ„ pĂ„ kvĂ€llen frĂ„gade vi en granne om de hade wifi - de hade lyckats fĂ„ igĂ„ng efter en hel del strul.... SĂ€tt upp rĂ€tt information i lĂ€genheten och i mailen man fĂ„r!Borde finnas info om hur man lĂ„ser upp och lĂ„ser dörrarna, vi förstod inte att man mĂ„ste lyfta upp handtaget Sen incheckning kl.16 och jĂ€ttetidig utcheckning kl.10 - det kĂ€nns vĂ€ldigt snĂ„lt med tiden. Åtminstone in 15 och ut 11 Ă€r mer rimligt. Bra med nycklarna utanför i nyckelskĂ„p.
