"Front desk staff. There was a problem lady in front of us at check in. I was amazed at the patience the young lady displayed. The problem lady was told several times to contact Expedia before she eventually did. My wife came down stairs to the desk 15 minutes after we got to our room. The problem lady was still there and so was the problem lady who began being rude. Not sure how it all turned out. My wife and I were impressed with the composure of the young desk clerk. Thank you!"

"We had a great stay. It was a comfortable bed, very clean room and friendly staff. We love the lady at the breakfast buffet. I noticed the review saying she was mean. If you start a conversation with her, she respond back nicely and politely with a smile.. We will definitely stay here again!"

Greatly appreciated The room was always clean and comfortable, and the pool was the clearest and most enjoyable I’ve seen in a while.
