"Aaron was very responsive and made the trip very easy from start to finish, He sent detailed instructions for check in, ahead of time, which made getting into the property a breeze. Upon entering the house, we were greeted by sweeping views and a squeaky clean house. The floor plan is well laid out and the 5 beds/ 4 baths is perfect for large groups or families. Really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back! "

"We appreciated that this rental was true to its listing in terms of bedrooms/beds and baths, as we had a group of 10 men. The accommodations were very nice and the check-in/check-out process was very simple. Location was in a very nice neighborhood with easy access. Only drawback - signing a contract due to HOA (should be covered by vrbo agreement and insurance) and the fact that it took 3 weeks to see if I would get my deposit back - far too long for them to consider a claim for damage (again, we had the insurance). Overall, we gave this 5-stars for the accommodations, but they need to ditch the paperwork and extended deposit recovery. "

"We had an enjoyable stay with my son and his family. The house was clean and comfortable and communication with Karen was excellent. Check in and checkout was easy. Our grandkids really enjoyed the large open space in the back of the house. Location was very good. For those with small children, there is no highchair or Pakn’play. Also, as guests of the owners, we were surprised by the very high price of the Tahoe Donner amenities."

"Great cabin with good amenities. We did see a couple of spiders but we didn't mind. The hot tub was great but one issue with the cabin is alot of the lights don't work, especially the outdoor/patio ones, which would have been useful when going to/using the hot tub. Same with the TVs/electronics, many of them had dead or missing batteries in the remotes so we couldn't use them"

"This was I think our fourth year staying here, and we absolutely love it. The place is always so clean bright and airy. Cupboards well stocked, location is perfect, beautiful views. Marcus is the most accommodating and helpful host. We will be back again next year!"
