"All of the staff were very helpful and my room was well appointed and serviced every day. Particularly liked the use of a secure basement carpark too for a very small cost.
Location was great too being close to Milford, Takapuna and the motorway.
I would definitely stay there again."

"We stayed in room 3, spa bath suite. Stay was excellent as always, however one minor issue is that the tap in the bathtub isn't working properly. We were still able to use the bath as normal, but we had to fill the bathtub with the shower head as the tap on the wall is broken and will need fixing. Only minor issue and we still enjoyed the bathtub as normal. Please ensure the bath tub tap is fixed."
