As an example, upon our arrival, there were four in our party, the host directed us to a sitting area, offered us a Pinot Grigio, and then took the time to orient us to the town, the restaurants, the shopping and the sites to see. "Everything was splendid. The only issue my husband and I had was the temperature in our room was hot. Because it’s not the summer, the A/C is controlled and couldn’t be turned on Cool. So the front desk suggested I open the balcony door and the room did get a lot cooler."
