Great hotel in central location.
It was a very short trip en route to a further destination, I have visited Tarragona many times before and I know this hotel well so I knew what to expect and it did not disappoint. Excellent service, very comfortable and clean hotel in a great central location. A good breakfast buffet, nothing to fault and highly recommended.

A Bit Dated
Hotel is a bit dated , no usb chargers or sockets near to bed to charge through the night. Phones in the bathroom died with Elvis. Very friendly restaurant manager but only 2 or 3 customers using it.

The only fantastic experience we had was when checking in with Salma, the receptionist. She is so wonderful and went the extra mile with us. She is so kind, friendly, and helpful. The hotel looks great outside but the facilities were terrible. No sockets near the bedside table, only near the TV. So if you want to work with your laptop, you need the whole 9 yards of cable. Then, the aircon is not powerful enough due to my hot flashes - this is very bad. Lastly, the pool, it's not enough to swing a cat. The hotel is huge but the pool was terrible. If you're after the pool, don't bother booking. But on the bright side- The staff were all wonderful. It's a shame, the hotel itself is not good enough.

Para ser un hotel 4 estrellas debería tener más confort sobre todo las habitaciones . Yo y mi familia pasamos un calor terrible, la noche entera sudando ,no dormimos bien,menos mal que solo era una noche . Buena localización ,el servicio al cliente bueno también ,los muchachos que atienden muy buen trato también . El desayuno estuvo bueno ,vale la pena incluirlo .

Very nice hotel, right next to the Bus terminal so very convenient, specially if you are coming from Barcelona Airport like I am. The rooms are very nice and clean and the staff is ready to help.

Overall very comfortable stay.
Good location, great lobby restaurant staff. Would stay again. I wish they would have had an in room coffee/tea service. Gym had the 3 pieces of equipment but in a very small room— in good condition.

Ok City hotel
Good hotel but a walk outside of the main areas of interest in Tarragona. The pool is tiny and shallow with about 6 sun loungers so don’t be fooled to have a lot of space to swim or sun bath. Otherwise an ok City hotel.

Three hour delay to 6pm for a room that did not reek of tobacco. Pool and gym are close to useless. Breakfast disappointing. Ok, busy time, but it is a hotel.

When a broken air conditioner was reported to the front desk, nothing was done. When the room reached uninhabitable temperatures, the staff did not send anyone to discover the cause of the problem or allow a request to be filed for the day staff to investigate. While the day staff was lovely and did their best, the night and early morning staff left much to be desired. I cannot recommend this hotel.
