Our room was in the basement which overall wasn’t a problem but the biggest issue was no hot water in the room in the morning - cold shower! I reported it to the reception staff in the morning on check out and he didn’t even attempt to apologise or offered to sort it out. This was very poor!

Perfect location near a tube stop that takes both straight to the airport and straights into the city. Clean and nice. Everything you need for a stay in London

Although the location was very good, the room was extremely small, the bathroom was somewhat adapted and it was impossible to sit properly on the toilet due to the smallness of the place, I was cold since the heater they had was not enough for the room which in itself was small, reasonable price.
