"The hotel is clean and nice. We first got the room on the 5th floor, it was small, looked old and dark, the faucet leaked, the ceiling in the hallway had cracks. We asked for another room and got one on the 4th floor - new, spacious and renovated. So looks like the experience depends on which room you get. Breakfast - simple but had everything we needed."

"Well located. Modern. Clean. Friendly staff. Tight rooms but smartly laid out. Easy to control all functions with ipad without being overly techy. View on the river is lovely. Perfect for a couple, two friends, single travellers. Underrated rooftop (but self service bar is often out of order) - perfect place for a drink before dinner. Would stay here again in a heartbeat."

Tucked away on a charming cobblestone street just steps from the Spanish Steps and the legendary luxury shopping of Via Condotti, it served as the ultimate central hub for our Roman holiday. We were able to walk to almost every major historical landmark, and having the Spagna Metro station practically at our doorstep made exploring the rest of the city effortless.Inside, the boutique property is impeccably stylish. It perfectly blends classic Italian elegance with clean, modern comforts. Our room was a beautifully curated space—bright, spotless, and a tranquil sanctuary to return to after a busy day of sightseeing.
