The staff from the very beginning were fantastic, always going out of their way to accommodate. The restaurant and services on site are of the highest quality. "We really enjoyed our stay at the Relais. The hotel Is in the Heart of Umbria's Hills. From the hotel you can have a wonderful view of the green landscape. Our room was big enough for 2, with all the comforts. Everything was clean and new, the bed really comfortable. We used the spa and I need to mention Francesca for her service. Actually, at the Relais all the staff members were all.nice and kind with the guests."

Bathrooms were disappointing with showers that were barely big enough to get into. Kitchen very small and not very clean with inefficient fridge/freezer that had seen better days. The location was perfect so would properly consider staying again. "
