"We really enjoyed our stay at the Relais. The hotel Is in the Heart of Umbria's Hills. From the hotel you can have a wonderful view of the green landscape. Our room was big enough for 2, with all the comforts. Everything was clean and new, the bed really comfortable. We used the spa and I need to mention Francesca for her service. "We loved our stay here, the large private pool, beautiful grounds and the views across the valley from both the garden and our bedroom terraces make this large, immaculately maintained country house really special. The setting is remote and tranquil but Marsciano is only a short drive and has a number of good shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Gaetano speaks excellent English and was always on hand to help with recommendations and bookings as well as making sure we had directions to find the villa after we landed at Rome. We really enjoyed getting to know owners Gaetano and Clara, who built the house and who live in the smaller house in the grounds. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay another week. Highly recommended. "
