"This home is a 5/5. We stayed here with 4 children, 4 adults and absolutely had an amazing time on the property. Highly recommend this Villa for rental to any family with children and even has extra space for friends or parents! The views are stunning, the layout is beautiful, and the property is very private with easy access to nearby restaurant in minutes, to town / markets within 15 mins. "

"Very clean property in the hills. We appreciated the video of how to find the apartment, since the roads going up can be confusing. While we wish there was A/C, we still enjoyed the breathtaking view of Orvieto from the patio. It was easy to get to town via car. The hosts were friendly."

"It was a lovely visit to Griffin's Resort on the Tenuta Ponziani estate. The entire area is lining with lavender and olive trees and smells amazing. If you want to disconnect and relax this is the place for you, your friends and your significant other. The spa experience is amazing, and you leave with relaxed muscles and glowing skin. Truly a place to renew. Enjoy!"

"Place was amazing. The drive from Orvieto is slow narrow roads uphill for 30-45 min. Then full stop……….. the place is an incredible castle with amazing views and surroundings. Living back in ancient Roman days. What a castle and fortress. The staff were great. The grounds and views amazing especially sunset and sun rise. Dinner was incredible experience - big group dinner for all guests services on platters in an ancient dining area. 6-8 courses ( depending how you break it up) and very reasonable price for lots of wonderful Local prepared food. - pastas and meats and chacquertie. Their own grown wine is very good and affordable. Breakfast was amazing and had so much variety of fresh and hot - healthy and comfort. The castle was quite something. Room had all amenities and nothing to complain about. Should we come back to this region - we would come back for sure. I write a long review as they are very important to me. Of you took time to read mine. This is a 10 of 10 place and you would love this place if what I say matters to you ! "
