Super clean room, great communication from the owner. Very secure with secure parking if needed. Plenty of places within 2 minutes for Breakfast. Nice touches with complimentary snacks and water.
Beautiful room excellent location with view of the bridge very clean, good quality bedding/towels amazing bathroom, complimentary drinks and pork pie a lovely touch, will definitely return
Attention to detail was excellent secure parking was a bonus . Location was central but in a quiet place. Lovely room clean and comfortable. We would return.
The courtyard room was lovely. Convenient for the shops, restaurants and pubs. It was lovely and clean, warm and the little hamper and free pie was a nice touch.
Church View room, bed was excellent, bed side fan made the night during summer amazing. Room size was great and bathroom is also excellent. Shower is good. Minutes walk to the tourist attraction and restaurants.
Self contained and honestly better than a fair few 5* rooms I've stayed in!
Particularly nice personal touches in the welcome hamper... inclusive of free pork pie from the shop below!
Excellent two night stay. Very comfortable large bed. Spotlessly clean room. Great bathroom with walk in shower.
Free parking a bonus - plus the pork pie!
The location of the property is ideal and the property itself was very modern and clean. Parking was a little tricky as not behind the accommodation as we though but still quite close by
It was different as it was a very small room in a complex of rooms and suites in very old buildings on a hillside. Our view was of old rooftops...lovely.
email instructions very clear for picking up keys and getting to private car park. Really lovely room, clean bright and comfy. Very impressive welcome tray and having a little fridge was a nice surprise, as was the gift voucher ! So kind. Definitely recommend.
Instructions for key boxes for main door and bedroom door received the day before our visit, key for the nearby parking too. Room is clean and tidy, has everything you need, but is very snug as is the bathroom.
This was a getaway for us as a couple for anniversary.
Good:-
Brilliant location
Easy Check in
Lovley view of the Bridge from our window
Nice hamper selection (crisps/biscuits/tea/coffee/hot chocolate)
Little gift of Pork Pie from ship below
Clean and spacious Room and Bathroom
Lots of nice eating places on the same stretch of street
Gated car park a few minutes walk away
Downsides (our personal preference)
Pillows were ok just not for us
All comfortable and with a great location to explore the town.
Directions and entry codes preferably in one email or at least with clearer connections to each other.
Small step on entry walkway not easy to see. Needs a different colour to clearly show up especially in dim light.
This was a stunning property with a high quality finish and fantastic facilities. The extra attention given by staff before your arrival was great! It was well situated within Ironbridge with everything you could want in a very short walking distance. The only downside was the logistics of the free parking. We appreciate the limited space within this town but having to go back and forth to move the car and return keys on checkout could’ve been smoother. However, the car park was very secure!
Overall this is a fantastic property that we would highly recommended! (Complimentary pork pie was brilliant)
The room was lovely, fresh and clean, bed really comfortable plenty of hot water after a long day walk.
Parking is a bit of a pain , it ok if it’s not raining 😉
The only issue I had was there was dog poop outside the gate and I trod in it .
Which has nothing to do we the room.
We just had to remember every time we went out to remember it was there!
Just back from a weekend in Ironbridge. Bridgeside rooms were the perfect compliment to our weekend. Comfortable, clean and cosy plus the lovely view of the bridge from our room was a delightful bonus.
The bed was comfy. Good wardrobe and storage space. We were attending a wedding so also had suit & dress bags etc and had plenty of room for all our accoutrements.
Bathroom was spacious with double sink and good sized walk-in shower.
If I really had to pick a fault, it would be that the pillows could have been softer.. however that is just personal taste.
All in all, if you’re heading to Ironbridge for some walking or sightseeing or just a quiet weekend away then Don’t hesitate to book yourself a room.
We really liked the location and building. Clean and tastefully decorated. Although some patches of wallpaper need sticking down. We collected our delicious pork pie from downstairs.
Not keen on the key collection system as the little car park infront is busy and entering the building and then having to get into the keysafe to get the car park key was a bit stressful.
We were dissapointed that there was scaffolding on the building (so not a seamless view of the bridge) and roof work starting before 8am.
Our biggest issue was the mattress was broken on one side so my partner felt he was falling out of bed. Not something we would put up with at home so certainly not something i would expect in a hotel.
Lovely decoration and clean with all the facilities you need. Email with access codes.
Booked room because of view and King bed, but bed was a double and smaller than our own bed.
Confusion over parking and if there was a private car park. Didn’t receive any info.
Be aware of the bikers and motorbikes that tend to park outside the property and could wake you up if a light sleeper.
