"We were initially worried about the location on the main road in San Clemente but it was actually quite quiet at night and with the bedroom window closed we didn’t hear anything. The benefit was that it was so nice to walk out onto the street and have everything within a short walk- coffee, shops and restaurants. The unit is well stocked with towels and kitchen essentials. We would definitely stay here again. "

"-Basic Room was clean, King bed was very comfortable. Liked having a little separation between living area and bedroom area. -Cocktail hour with free drinks & snacks was a nice plus. My request is that having gluten free crackers for cheese would be much appreciated by those of us who are gf. -Free Breakfast with made to order omelets was great, good selection buffet, did have gf bread, and nice eating area, plus could go out and eat on the patio with sun umbrellas. - Swimming pool was large and a nice area. My only concern was the water seemed murky & the bottom felt sleazy. So wondered how often the pool readings and chemicals were checked. Only reason for mark down, since having a swimmable pool is important to us when we travel. - Otherwise everything else was great, as well as the location. Would definitely stay there again."

"We were in the area for a baseball tournament. We only needed 1 night to stay & this price was right up our alley. Room was clean, breakfast was decent, delicious pizza spot right next door, no gym but there is a nice jogging/biking trail which was great. Customer service was above & beyond. I forgot my Burberry sunglasses in our room. I figured they were gunna be lost forever. I called to report it with the front desk & received a call back the next morning that they located my sunglasses. They securely packaged my sunglasses & wrote FRAGILE on the box. They must have overnighted them because I received them the following day. I was super impressed with their customer service. Anyone else could have easily been dishonest and kept them but not this place. Overall, our experience was great. I’m already booking my next overnight stay."
