"given room 618 only problem lift only goes to fifth floor then stairs up/ rooms clean great outlook from this room / two areas for breakfast the one near check in is slighty better than other area /good staff / We managed to get on street parking just round on next street due to disabled badge"

"Very nice hotel with a good bar and restaurant. Free shuttle to the airport was very convenient, but only did drop offs at terminal one and you had to walk to terminal two. Not an issue for us but could be for someone with mobility issues or whom cannot pull/carry their luggage. "

"The location is amazing and why you stay here. Expect it to be VERY loud at night, until the bar scene dies down. The amenities are fine- but that is not why you stay at the hotel. Be prepared to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs and to not be able to check in early. This is truly for location. "

"This is a travel hotel and not a destination hotel. It has become bland and lacks any sort of character. I am so fed up of the customer now having to do all the work. Online check in and then met by those horrible kiosk to check in and get your own key and then check out the same way. How have we come to devalue meeting an actual person in hotels? Yes there was one person behind the desk but the kiosk and online system seems to reign. The room was clean and well equiped and I would say recently renovated. Complimentary water, tea and biscuits were welcome in the room. Very good shuttle service to the airport."
