Our stay was very enjoyable, the apartments is very clean and comfortable with fantastic views and very close to the beach. Had a few problems at the beginning which the host sorted very quickly. Robin the resident caretaker was very helpful. The down side is the internet being a community website which only allowed access a few hours a day and also TV being mostly Spanish especially being on Spanish time, with only a few English speaking programs with no BBC.

Great stay, great location, would book again definitely but would use logic and wash each bed separately as drying lots of bedding at same time became an issue on balcony as there for 17 days and no housekeeping provided.Apartment fully equipped for self sufficiency though so suited us. The sea view and pool view from same balcony is a rare find and totally relaxing no matter what time of day as it’s a perfect sun spot all day long. Robyn the guest manager was friendly, helpful and amenable.

when we arrived in late a/noon our apartment was not ready. Our names had not been on the list...our app was eventuallt ready at 19.00h. we were only provided with 1 key sespite asking a few times for the second key. the appartment had amazing views,and the balcony was bright with all day sunshine.beds were comfortable. the appartmwnt had everything one might want.

Best view ever
Beautiful view and we had a fabulous holiday, however communication from owner came the day before check in, rather late in the day leaving us worried and we couldn’t have the key’s until 5pm, we were allowed to drop the luggage off though so that did help.

Great appartment great location
Superb appartment in a great location. 5 mins walk to the beach/shops/restraunts and bars. The appartment is in a brilliant position with views as shown in the picture, over the pool and towards the sea. The balcony is in a great position and gets the sun from rising till sunset. brilliant to have breakfast in the sun and then a drink in the evening before going out. Appartment is clean and has everything that you need. we were met by Robin to collect the keys and also to give them back at the end. Very friendly and always around if you were to need him. The complex it is on is amazingly secure with keyed access to the complex and pool and also security grill on front door..Bring on next year

Amazing stay
What a cracking apartment. Is larger than it looks in the photos, super clean and has everything you could ever need. Balcony was large and views are insane. Perfect stay in Tenerife with my partner would definitely book again.

This is a beautifully situated studio apartment comfortably suitable for 2 people, although there is a sofa bed if needed. The only problem we had was lack of any shade at all on the balcony making it impossible to sit outside in the middle of the day. Siobhan is aware of this and will sort for future. We love it there, and have rebooked! Oh, a very minor issue....ice tray for fridge would be useful. Thank you Siobhan

Awesome Location
The property that me and my husband stayed in was exactly as described. The Location and views were excellent. The property does need updating as the host did mention and and extra cupboard space but apart from that it did have everything you needed for your stay. We really enjoyed our stay and had a fantastic time.

WONDERFUL PLACE TO LEAN BACK AND RELAX
We stayed 17 days in January 2019 in this great located small apartment nr 411 with a wonderful view to the ocean. Apartment had everything we needed,lovely balcony, great view,well maintained pool and gardens,near for nightlife,beach,restaurants etc.There is also a "water-automatic" in the building, you can, with 50 cent, fill your 5-liter canister with fresh water 24/7, very good for the environment. The only negative was a lack of the wifi-connection. We would highly recommend this apartment to our friends and will gladly come back. Henrik S.

Perfect location!
The best location we have tried so far! Close to beach, Mercadona supermarket, restaurants and everything else you need. Nice, clean, well equipped studio apartment with a great sea view. Sun on the balcony from 9 AM until sunset. Quiet area at night. We only needed a few more things to make it a 5 star rating: Heated swimmingpool, wifi access for more than one device (wifi signal and speed was fine) and maybe an oven. Everything else was perfect. Would love to come back.

Apartment had everything we needed for our stay including the location which is where We normally stay while we are in Tenerife.Balcony was nice to sit with a drink and enjoy the sea view.The pool area was nice,pool was freezing but ok when in,a tip here is have long shower 1st to take heat off your body.The gardens were beautifully maintained and massive credit to the staff who looked after it.Tv with English channels was brilliant for me as I'm a horse racing fanatic and grand national was on and weather was breezy anyway.Only downside was the 2 single beds which kept coming apart and would have preferred double but overall lovely place.

Was good experience! Clean and tidy! Everything is handy and reachable within 5-10 min walk! Internet connection was the only problem! Very weak! It is the only obstacle for staying for younger people who likes surfing Internet while at home!

Nice little studio in perfect location
Location was brilliant just up the road from the Las Vistas beach and within easy walking distance of both the port of Los Cristianos and Playa del Americas. The complex was kept clean and tidy and very secure with key access needed in a number of areas, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and a big supermarket right next door. Pool area was lovely and quiet with plenty of sunbeds available. Studio was perfect, had everything you would need plus extras like washing machine, hairdryer, iron. Balcony was nice and big and had sea views. Overall a great stay

The perfect location
The apartment has all that you need, the balcony is great with south facing views of Las Vista beach. To the left of the apartment is Los Cristianos, to the right is the Safari shopping centre. The apartment is in a very clean and secure complex, the pool area is well kept and there is no problems with sun lounges. We would recommend this apartment to anyone. Stayed in June 17 Tony & Maria

Great apartment, shame about the nursery
We have stayed in this area before. The block is very clean and the apartment was also very clean. There is a childrens' play group/nursery opposite the block, so if you don't want to be wakened at 8.30 to 9.00 by children laughing, crying screaming etc, it may be worth bearing in mind.

Lovely studio apartment on beautiful secure complex
Ideally situated, 5 minutes walk down to beach, this studio is great for 2 people. It is very clean, with beautiful sea views. A sunny spot at any time of day. All amenities very close by, and pool area very clean and quiet. Only problem we had is the amount of keys needed for various doors/gates - this took a bit of time to work out. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave, but no oven should you need one. Definitely a place to return too.

Arrived at the apartment was pleasantly surprised, apartment was quite spacious and the views were very good the pool area was nice and quiet so if your into reading and relaxing it was ideal. A 5 minute walk to all amenities. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay.

Lovely apartment, spoiled by a few issues
Siobhan is very helpful & approachable, could not have asked for a better apartment owner! The apartment had everything needed for a weeks stay (iron, fridge, hairdryer, straighteners, towels) The doors were a bit tricky to use at first, but everyone seemed to have the same issue, so don't panic if you can't use the keys at first.. keep trying! The main issue we had is that you can only connect one wifi device for your whole stay, so if more than one of you want to use the wifi.. you can't! We also found during our stay that the neighbours were not very friendly or welcoming! Would definitely stay here again though if the wifi issue is sorted, beautiful views and close to everything in los Cristianos & a short taxi ride away from most other places!

Nice sunny apartment, but....
The apartment is basic, but very nice. Sunny all day long. With sea view. Short stroll to the beach , stores, restaurants. Sun shade on the balcony is missing. Normaly it's very quiete, in the morning some traffic noise, but this didn't disturb us very much.The kindergarden in the aera you can hear some minutes, but it's o.k. The Pool aerea is quite and definitely not overloaded. Free parking in the streets, we always could catch a free parking slot nearby. The very only bad point: the lack of communication. We had to investigate some hours in order to get the information we needed to receive the correct adress of the appartment and how we can get the keys. Finaly we got the information less than 24hrs before we arrived. By then it went very well with the keys. But at the departure the same problem again, 35 Minutes before the estimated departure we got the information about check-out. Very confusing who is the owner now.. It seems the that new owner takes not care and the old owner does his best in order to help the guests. But it's just a guess according our experience we had. We would strongly recommend this appt, but the communication should be much better. We will come back as soon this lack of communication will be solved, For this reason only, for our next stay, we will search for another appt. Sorry.

Vi havde booket 11 dage 29.aug - 9.sept. Den 29. aug. kl. 10, havde vi stadig ingen adresse og vrbo måtte kontakte udlejeren. Da vi ankom kl. 16, var der gammelt mad i skabe og køleskab, en fyldt skraldepose, et tykt lag skidt på hele gulvet, beskidt sengetøj og tykt støv over det hele. Lugten var helt ubeskrivelig. Robin, den lokale kontaktperson, fortalte at han havde fået besked om at vi kom 2 timer forinden, og der sidst havde boet nogle i lejligheden for ca. 3 måneder siden. Han skulle bruge 1 time til at gøre rent. Vi kom tilbage ca. 1,5 time senere. Der lugtede stadig i lejligheden, alt køkkenudstyr var beskidt, ovn og stegepander fyldt med rust, blod på lagnet, affald i skufferne og gammelt solcreme, brugt roll-on/sæber/cremer på badeværelset. I klædeskabet var der støvede tæpper og hovedpuder med gulligt betræk der stank af sved. Ventilatoren havde et tykt lag støv på både gitter og propel. Tæppet på sofaen var støvet og beskidt. En sengelampe var knækket og hang i ledningen. Der var myrer på badeværelset og i køkkenskabet. Udlejer (Siobhan) skrev til os, at hun ville refundere alt minus et mindre aftalt beløb hvis vi forlod lejligheden dagen efter. Det takkede vi ja tak til, da jeg er stærkt immundæmpet og ikke tåler disse forhold. Vi rejste den 30. aug. som aftalt. Herefter har Siobhan været svær at komme i kontakt med. Vi rykkede mange gange, og den 8. okt. refunderede hun et betydeligt mindre beløb end vi var blevet lovet, og lukkede derefter af for al kontakt.

It was a good holiday. Tenerife is a great island. The apartments correspond to the description. Located in a very good location. The beach, shops, restaurants are all nearby. Within walking distance. The main disadvantage is communication with the owner. A day before departure, we still did not know the exact address. And upon arrival, they were alone in front of a closed door. It wasn't pleasant. Internet is weak, you can only use it on the balcony. It didn't bother me, but I should be warned about it. There is no parking assigned to the apartments. Have to search. It was always possible to leave the car near the store. For us it was not a problem. The overall impression was good.

Très belle résidence, superbe terrasse et du soleil mais :
Superbe terrasse avec vue mer, très belle résidence, et piscine sympa. Le studio : plutôt un dortoir 2 lits plus un canapé, une grosse armoire, pas de table, Le coin cuisine sans éclairage, le bol de la mini cafetière cassé, la vaisselle sale...même en étant seule difficile de bouger dans un espace aussi encombré. Le support du parasol inutilisable. Personne au moment du départ pour récupérer les clés ( j'ai attendu 3h30 puis suis partie en laissant l'appartement ouvert) L'accès à la résidence se fait par une route très très en pente ou par des escaliers. Les plus : la proximité d'un super marché avec une excellente poissonnerie et dans la résidence un distributeur d'eau potable (il n'y avait pas une bouteille d'eau dans l'appartement et j'arrivais à 21h) et cette terrasse vue mer.

Vacaciones en azabara playa III
Fuimos de vacaciones al apto en la planta 4° del complejo azahara playa del 3 al 12 de Diciembre.Lo que mas nos gusto fueron las vistas,la terraza, el espacio del estudio ,los buenos servicios en los alrededores, la tranquilidad de la urbanización.Lo que menos nos gusto fue la falta de una segunda tumbona y los colchones de muelles . Probablemente volveríamos en otra ocasion.
