Beautiful duplex room, very comfortable.

Excellent - great chilled-out atmosphere for a completely relaxing break. Room very quiet even up to 9am in the morning so good sleep. Comfortable and understated luxury, without the usual five-star glitzy factor (a bit under-whelmed at first, but the understated quality really grew on me after a few hours). Spa is terrific as is the pool area. Room was perfectly adequate but did not seem to have five-star quality (flimsy curtains that did not keep out morning light, no tea / coffee maker or...

An outstanding hotel! Top quality food. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Fabulous building & rooms. Garachico is an authentic Tenerifien town in a stunning location, away from the Tourist traps on the Southside. Well worth a visit!

We stayed there over Christmas 2021. It was mazing! Very hospitable and helpful, kind hosts! I loved staying there. Clean facilities. Hosts are very kind and nice people. They area very helpful and generous, they made our stay special and memorable! Thanks very much, Matteo and Antonella! Every time I recall our great memories in Tenerife, this lovely guesthouse comes into my mind.

Super family hotel with great entertainment ... Make sure to book half board ! great pools and vistas are gorgeous ! Get a seaview room ! Food is very good in the buffet and great for kids...though I thought 10 Euro For a Baileys a little expensive ! Service at the beach club can be a little haphazard and this needs to be improved to bring it to five star! We were left waiting way too long and I noticed other guests were irritated at having to wait on food , bills and drinks ... Careful...

Beautiful colonial building with high ceilings and gorgeous tile floors. Great service and an awesome place to stay! It truly felt like home.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was lovely and the view amazing. We loved the rooftop. There was not enough space on the car park. We also made a remark to the reception about the lack of staff at lunch time: 2 staff for up to 35/40 clients on the rooftop. The staff was still lovely and doing their best but had to run from table to table. We felt sorry for them. In the evening, however, there was too many for very few customers. We saw the following day that the hotel listened to...

Stayed for a night to be closer to Tenerife North Airport (TFN) for an early morning flight. The rooms here are very comfortable, the service is excellent, and the location is very good.
