Tenerife Pet-friendly Holidays

A super hotel, location excellent, rooms are very good (better with balcony) - comfortable beds - and a wonderful traditional courtyard with palm trees. Breakfast generally good but would prefer an outside seating area as can be very noisy. Also proper omelettes rather than from a pack of liquid omelette. 😕

I’ve stayed at this amazing hotel many times over the years and, for me, it’s an absolute must stay when visiting Tenerife. Best of the Best! Great food, exceptional service, a beautiful setting, numerous swimming pools and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine, it really is a fantastic hotel. I would highly recommend experiencing the Casas Ducales wing, where the service is friendly and personal. A special thank you to Eli, Patrick and Daniel, who all went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Thank you, Jason

Room was fairly run down, air con not working when arrived, although was fixed with a call to maintenance. Cockroaches were in the bathroom on 2 occasions, as well as out on the patio. Ceiling fan made a racket when turned on. Closest neighbours smoking weed out on patio all day and night with no approach from staff so whole pool area stank. Plus points were breakfast buffet and proximity to main centre
