Decent but needs major refurbishment

"The hotel location was very good. Rooms were a decent size but look VERY VERY tired and tacky and need a major refurbishment. Cracks and stains on floor tiles, bath in a disgusting state. Bedding and furniture old and tired looking. VERY noisy and can hear everything during the night, needs better ..."

"This resort was great! Clean and comfortable, friendly, kind and efficient staff, from Reception to bars/restaurants, and cleaning too. Bed extremely comfortable and room facilities spot-on (the welcome wine and chocolate was a lovely surprise). We ate in the buffet restaurant most days - the variety and quality of the food was great, with options for "cook to order" at each meal. The only downside, as you'd expect with a buffet, the food wasn't always hot enough, but it wasn't a deal breaker. Good variety of drinks and much better wine than we'd expected for a house offering. Probably very hectic in high season, but great when we went end May."

"The property was very beautiful, from the moment we stepped in to when we left, the service was impeccable. Lots of amenities to use, the private beach was lovely and the food at the beach house was amazing and delicious. The willingness of staff to help was amazing, the room was very spacious and modern, the bathroom was too beautiful then the breakfast had options and I enjoyed my stay and will defo come back"

High class hotel in a prime location.
"Amazing hotel in a nice reserved area, rooms are luxurourious, restaurant is great food choice is also extraordinary and all high quality, service is professional in all areas and well staffed. I think the original hotel for Gigantes, recently thoroughly refurbished to modern standards, prime location for Los gigantes, a huge complex, pools gardens, sunbathing, performance areas, outside bars tennis courts, they could have got 3 modern hotels on the site. The interior has also gym bar area with huge performance area, upstairs bar with snooker table viewing platform and a museum! "
