"Puncuk pass resort is located at one of the best locations in Puncuk. However, resort is very old, not maintained probably due to covid and infrastructure is very old and broken. In our room, all furnishings and towels were very dirty and old. Furniture was also not satisfactory. Condition of swimming pool and outside area needs proper maintenance and cleanliness. "Overall okay with couple of notes/improvement if possible 1. No elevator to 2nd floor, better put elevator or at least ramp for trolley to bring belonging to 2nd floor 2. Hot water not working in bathroom 3. Jacuzzi not hot at all 4. Parking space very limited 5. Restaurant area is very limited if hotel is fully booked 6. There is no smoking sign on the table in restaurant, but there is still people smoking and hotel staff didn't take action until I request help 7. Safety protocol in restaurant...
