The accommodation price does not include heating, breakfast, or the tourist tax ( 1 per person per night). Breakfast can be provided directly in the apartment upon prior reservation at an additional cost of 10 per person.

Check in from 4:00 PM, check out by 10:00 AM. Quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No events or parties. All guests must be registered at check in. No smoking indoors. Pets not allowed without prior agreement. Heating and breakfast are paid extras, not included in the rate.
