We EXPECT a FULL REFUND of ALL OUR MONEY
WE DID NOT STAY. HOTEL.COM and the OWNER were not available to help us resolve the problem(s) we were having while at the property. The Phone numbers listed on the web page were not accurate. No one and no instructions to get into the property. So we have to live the property. We were not able to stay after a long day traveling from Genoa. We had to book another Hotel

In keeping with the rules of the structure you had to agree with the owner the time of arrival as the B & Bs did not have the reception. WE have been sent no. 3 messages and messages to you asking to communicate the arrival time or to contact the owner by telephone at the number notified, as we do not have your phone contact. We have not received any response. unfortunately you came to the B&B when we moved away. But the responsibility for the incident is totally your, if you had answered our communications, that would not have happened. Secondly, you did not have any expedia charge, so this complaint is just the result of hyour arrogance and wickedness. how did you give those score ratings if did not enter in the B&B? Please read carefully the hotel rules on your next travel!

Una buona soluzione di soggiorno
Una accogliente struttura in piena campagna. Disponibilità quindi di parcheggio (solo l'accesso alla viabilità pubblica risulta un po scomoda, richiedendo una certa attenzione), wifi gratuito, buon confort (il traffico automobilistico risulta praticamente assente nelle ore notturne) e ben tenuta e pulita. Per la prima colazione, ci sono opzioni a sufficienza.
