"The location of Strand Palace is great. The staff, particularly in the Haxells restaurant weren’t particularly friendly or helpful."

"The room was great, downstairs lobby part was lovely and clean and nice to spend time in. The only downside was the shower didn't drain so I reported that and hopefully someone cleaned it as the water left cubicle into the main bathroom area. The room was lovely and cool, and when it was too cold they offered an extra duvet very quickly."

"Small room looks just like the picture, beautiful hotel close proximity to all of the attractions, clock tower, amazing restaurants, Trafalgar Square, London eye, china town it’s just so much to do out there. I will book the hotel again."

"Great location, but be warned, there is a gentleman's club next door with pesky promoters. Aside from that it is tucked nicely into a vibrant neighborhood with lots of shopping, bars, and food. Would definitely stay here again!"
