"This was a nice hotel and the beds were very comfortable. We all slept well here. The staff was friendly while checking us in."

"Perfectly located! Everything was super clean. AC in rooms worked perfectly. The rooms are extremely small which we knew ahead of time but just in case for travelers deciding. It being so centrally located and clean and a decent price made it a perfect stay. It’s also right near all the bars and restaurants - like right on top of it so if you need quiet, maybe not for you. 10/10 would recommend to my friends."

"The location is ideal to take the 9:00 am bus to Rossaveel then a ferry to the Aran Islands. The train station to Dublin is a walking distance, too. The hotel is safe for solo travelers. I used the room card to open two doors before I reached my room. Strong fire safe doors are also noticeable. The lobby has plenty of lounging areas with phone chargers and a game room."

"The rooms were a nice size and bed/pillows were relatively decent. The room had a Nespresso coffeemaker and pods which was nice to have but ours didn't seem to work unfortunately. The breakfast overall we didn't find was worthwhile but they have a large restaurant/bar with lots of seating options which others seemed to enjoy. Parking available but high demand. Honestly having a view of the parking lot provided a lot of entertainment overall given the poor parking jobs and maneuvering required to get in and out. Not much seemed walkable from this location but super close to a bus stop for a short transit ride into town if you don't want to drive ."

"The pros: location and the staff were excellent. Cons: The water pressure in the shower so low I can’t even come up with a g-rated description that captures it. I really don’t know how they kept it so low - while still having something come out. And what came out was cold. There was not hot water at all. The good news - it was the hottest day in Galway and the room was as hot as outside (no a/c) but thankfully - I could sit in front of the provided fan after my freezing dribbley shower and cool off."
