"This hotel is in a fantastic location! Walk to everything and so convenient being connected to the shopping centre. Staff were incredibly helpful. Only downside I can think of was that the pool has limited hours. It didn’t open until 3 pm."

"The pools options are terrific for all types of weather. We appreciated the safe areas and parking facilities."

"There is a rooftop pool, literally on the roof the 28th floor. It’s very clean. Our room was clean with a small but handy kitchenette. The valet service was very smooth and very efficient. There’s NO parking lot so you must use the valet or find other parking. Valet is an add on cost not included in the price. The only downfall was very small elevators. Squish in or you’ll be waiting a long time."

"The service was impeccable , each staff member was eager to please and certain we enjoyed our stay . Bathroom could use some updating but it’s an older hotel , but it was clean and well maintained "
