"The staff were terrific & extremely helpful. The room was comfortable however exceptionally cold & it was annoying having to contact reception for them to turn the heating on as you couldn’t access the heating function on the control panel. It was also very disappointing to see a build up of mould in the shower."

"The hotel is very conveniently located near the Buchanon Street shopping and restaurants, but also close to almost all the Glasgow attractions. You can walk to almost everything. The rooms were clean, modern and very nice, but also quite small. All said, I would probably stay here again next time I am in Glasgow."

"Lovely clean, quiet room. Usb phone charger in between beds wasn't working. Went to Reception, very helpful member had had box of spares,got sorted. Every area we saw looked clean and welcoming , definitely recommend staying."

"Bathrooms could be better. Pods were nice but on the second floor they can get really hot and humid. I was there for 6 nights and people that stay there for a while can be quite weird. Nothing to do with the location or the staff! People that work there are all amazing :)"
