"Great location, easy valet parking. The hotel is well maintained and the staff responded quickly to my request. The king room with fridge and microwave was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is average but good coffee 😊. Easy walking to Portsmouth jazz club and restaurants. Would stay here again."

"Excellent communication from our host. Very quick to respond to our questions. The location is great, and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. From there, we walked across the bridge into Kittery, Maine. The heating system was not operating yet, but it was transitioning from summer to Fall. Not a big issue since it wasn't too chilly yet, and they were working on getting it operational as soon as we contacted them. It should be operating now. Parking can cost up to $60 per night in the parking garage nearby, but we found a spot in front of the unit for $3/hr up until 8:00pm, and no charge again until 9:00am. The main issue was not with the unit itself, but the street noise from the street cleaner that made several passes at 5:00 am. Ear plugs would be nice to have. Very clean and comfortable, and the hosts were great. The coffee shop below our unit was also nice to have."

"We had been given a code to enter a room but turned out the information given was incorrect and were allocated a totally separate room. After that initial problem which was sorted out fairly quickly we found the room allocated nice and spacious with a shower and toilet. Only stayed for one night but the room was nice and clean. The building was quiet however there was a little road noise. Didn’t see any staff. There were some small snacks and coffee free in the hallway which was good. Location was good with just a short walk to the main shopping and restaurant areas. Would stay there again"

We spent the 4th of July there.Although the main Boston fireworks could only be partially seen- there were fireworks popping off all overBoston and the North Shore so there wasalog to see.
