"The stay was overall good, but I checked out on 6/15/25 and still haven’t received my incidental of $90 back to my card. The manager stated they released it, but I still haven’t received it. Also, I called my bank who stated Hyatt Place had not released my incidental. This is horrible! "

"Hotel was nice and close to the airport. There was a storm and the computer was down... so check-in took a few minutes, but staff was working diligently to resolve. I was a bit disappointed that I had to pay for parking, and no one told me about that. Didn't know it - until I got the bill. "
