"The pool was not open staff was rude"

"The hotel staff were very rude both during the check-in and check-out process. During the check-in process no information was provided either about additional charges like parking or hours for breakfast. After my departure, I had a billing issue and called the hotel a few days later and was once again confronted with a very rude front-desk staff. It was a pleasant surprise to interact with a professional and friendly accounting staff. I would not recommend staying at this hotel mainly due to the staff. "

"Arrived early and since room was available we were allowed to check in 3 hrs earlier. Which helped us rest and start our journey earlier. Room was cold I changed heat but when I returned room was still cold. I did not call reception to find out if it could be fixed."

"Very clean and VERY helpful staff!"

"You get what you pay for. This is the type hotel you use when you need a room for sex or want to get high. The smell of Marijuana consumes you the minute you get on the property. The staff and ownership knows exactly what goes on there and trust me they dont care at all. The rooms are old and i wouldn't use the shower if they paid me to use it. Again its a spot that's used for getting high , affordability, and orher vices"

"The room key didn’t work the first time, went back to the front desk. I told her that I could hear the tv on in the room so more than likely occupied. She gave us a new key and said try again. Back up the elevator and still it didn’t work. Third time a new room. The carpets are old and dirty both in & out of the room. Breakfast area clean and sufficient stuff to pick from."
