They understand everything a person would need. Fast internet, jacuzzi outside of the room, big TV, huge room with a high ceiling, amazing food, sauna, huge pool, a kiddie pool, open playing space grassy area, huge bathroom. No issues with late check out. I will keep coming back."

"I wasn’t able to enjoy the amenities of the hotel but was able to enjoy the hospitality and helpfulness of the very lovely staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and able to get a taxi around the very elusive Tagatay mountains. The room was average but large and comfortable. Only negative comment is that the bathroom needs an upgrade with some stains on the floor and rusting/limescale of the shower head. "

Everything was good, I want to back here for a whole week(me and my family only stayed for one day). However, only the mosquitoes were the problem. Overall, I give this hotel 4.5 stars!"
