"We booked a room for three with the executive lounge buy up. That includes free breakfast, drinks from noon until 9:00 and snacks from 5:00 to 8:00. It’s a great deal. The room was clean, the staff was very helpful and the hotel is in an excellent location. Transit stops are so close, and plenty of stores near by. Three Tuns across the street is an excellent pub choice. The breakfast was crowded and the coffee machines wear often broken, but the food was great and there were plenty of choices. Overall a stay week worth the cost. "

"Beautiful hotel, excellent staff, spacious room with coffee setup / kettle + free coffee/tea/water etc. Robes + fluffy towels + turn down service at night. Always a taxi out front. Restaurant was great, room service super fast. Like everywhere, it’s expensive. I found our four night stay to be relaxing + wonderful. "

"The property location was fantastic.The AC gave some issues but they were prompt in rectifying it. The staff was very helpful with suggestions at breakfast. I chose the single standard room if my memory is correct. The location of the room was poor if you have a big suitcase due to the stairs. Also the size of the room - i think clearer pictures of this particular room need to be posted to give customers a better of idea of the room so they can change their selection. The room itself was the reason for my 2 stars. Everything else was quite good!"
