"Over all a lovely holiday. The cottage was clean and the equipment in the cottage was just like being at home. Lots of places to walk the dogs. When walking along the canal there was an amazing tea room, walk a bit further and there is a boat club with a great food hut that is open Thursday to Sunday."

"The location by the canal is beautiful, a few honesty boxes with eggs, jams and cakes within 15 minute walk. We stayed for 13 nights and it had all we needed; lovely comfy bed, hot tub and garden are great and the place has a gorgeous remote feel, but 10 min drive to lots of amenities. Thank you for the welcome goodies, and lovely to meet the owners."

"Would have been nice to have our room cleaned , but maybe they do not work Sundays ? No room clean, towel change or bed made, not the end of the world, but at these prices 100% expected, doors all slam in the property asthere are no door weights to hold any doors, the web site made it look like you had your own hot tub, you do not at all, its shared with all other guests! No food on site after 4pm was a big let down, althouygh saying that breakfast was very good, and really the only thing that was very good, for the type of money comanded by this property I was expecting much much better and more, will not recommend to anyone, and will not return, feel rather let down for the money to be honest."
