"The place is new and clean. Spacious rooms and nice layout. Perfect for family or friend groups. Easy parking. Great kitchen with all we needed. A lot of nice little touches like detergent, shampoo, dishwasher pods etc. The living room had a comfortable sofa, perfect place to relaxe and the outdoor area was also very nice. Highly recommend Hamilton Place."

"This is a simple studio in a good location -- about a mile from front street and in walking distance to a couple of good sandwich shops and a grocery store. Parking is inside a garage. It is below another unit and there can be noise from above but that was not a big deal."
